Tonight we had “it was still alive this morning” fresh shrimp bought off the docks in Fernandina Beach.
Shrimp, preferably freshly killed shrimp.
Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (or any other spicy diced tomatoes with chiles)
Brown rice
1. Grill or boil shrimp (it doesn’t matter if you use water or beer for the boil; the spices of the tomatoes will override anything else you do.)
2. Cook brown rice. Add to shrimp.
3. Heat tomatoes. Add to rice.
